At Grow Master we love this time of the year, our garden centres are full with the most
fragrant, floral and delicious plants.

We have spent months planning our Christmas for you and we delight in offering you beautiful and
appropriate choices to gift to your loved ones.
We hope to see you over the coming days as we count down to Christmas Day.
We would like to thank you for your custom over the last 12 months and wish you, your loved ones
and your garden a very Joyful and Happy Festive Season.

Red is such a traditional Christmas colour and always packs a punch as a “WOW” look at
me gift. Here are a couple of our Hot Favourites for Christmas.

Red Poinsettias

Nothing Says Christmas louder than a poinsettia –
traditional and handsome

Hot Chillies
A fun plant for the gourmet vegie gardener or the
funky nephew.

Red Mandevillea
Exquisite and unusual these twining lovelies are
very impressive.

Red Roses
For the rose lover, the garden lover or just anyone
you love.

Tradition often steers our Christmas tree choices to
the more usual European coniferous varieties.

There are many wonderful conifers that make perfectly
behaved Christmas trees that you can keep happily in
pots for years of Christmas’s together. Picea abies - Norfolk
Island Pines – Thuja smaragd ( try and say that three times
quickly?) are all excellent choices.

If you’d prefer to try some thing a little different and even
Native to Australia have a look at Adenanthos serieus
Baby Wooly Bush or the very beautiful Wollemii Pine. This
Australian fossil tree has a delightful story associated with
it, which makes it a wonderful gift as well as Christmas Tree.

Some of our Grow Master Garden Centres stock cut trees
for Christmas decorating. Check availability with your
local Grow Master.

Mistletoe is a plant that relies on another plant to grow, developing what we refer to as a symbiotic relationship.

The European tradition of stealing a kiss under the mistletoe is not a feature of the Australian Christmas. However it may be interesting to note we have a very large and distinctive collection of native Mistletoes that hook up with many of our Eucalyptus trees.
